Supervising a team of 8 people (specialists and facilitators of MHPSS mobile groups)

• Planning and coordination of MHPSS team’s activities (including budgeting)
• Developing the potential of SCI staff and partner organisations: supporting effective relations, handling communication process in projects, searching for new ways (methods) of cooperation
• Developing / adjusting, organizing, providing and running trainings for SCI staff, partner organisations and field workers (social workers, health professionals, teachers, educators, psychologists, guidance counselors etc.)
• Analysis of effectiveness and quality of provided educational events, preparing reports, supervision support, monitoring of programmes implementation
• Educational work: creating handouts and psychoeducational materials for specialists and general public, contextualisation of manuals for Ukrainian specialists and adjusting methodological materials for working with children
• Improving the quality of programmes for MHPSS: creating methodologies, assessment forms, presentations, questionnaires, protocols, feedback forms, effectiveness measurements etc.
• Participation in creating all necessary materials to implement main components of our programmes by partners and mobile groups of SCI facilitators
• Administering of beneficiaries databases and their analysis (feedback, distribution, certification, needs etc) on the direct implementation in order to improve MHPSS activities
• Supervision and mentor support of SCI staff and partner organisations according to MHPSS main programme components
• Cross-sectoral integration and coordination between MHPSS departments and Education, Case management, Child protection, Gender Based Violence (GBV)
• Psychosocial support of those participating in deinstitutionalization process: teaching staff new collaboration skills, providing group interventions with children, supervision support
• Participating in assessing needs, developing sets for vulnerable children and their families with further distribution
• Participation in MHPSS technical working groups (MHPSS TWG), Kyiv hub and Children Protection sub-cluster
• Constant learning process in order to use acquired knowledge to reinforce partner organisations and SCI staff

• Counselling and group interventions to unleash people’s potential, life-management of individuals, partners and families, children and teenagers development using art-therapy
• Psychotherapy and individual supervision in different spheres such as: developing of the personality potential, business coaching, target coaching, decision making; financial issues; life-management of the personality; conflict resolution; dealing with complicated issues (professional burn-out, suicidal and obsessive thoughts, depressions, anxiety, fears, psychosomatic disorders)
• Counselling, support and supervision of supporting professionals (psychologists, guidance counselors and social workers)
• Original development and preparation, further organising and delivering of trainings, educational courses, masterclasses, conferences, transformational games (T-games)
• Advanced trainings and self-education in psychology and coaching: business coaching, art therapy, dealing with psychosomatic disorders, personality-oriented therapy, resource-oriented therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) etc.
• Original creation and promotion of products as psychologist professional tools (books, metaphorical associative cards (MAC), coaching games etc.)
• Participation in international exhibitions, conferences, festivals as a speaker or trainer
• Taking part in events (group supervision, scientific conferences, writing articles, joint projects etc.) organized by International Federation of Art Therapy and Personal Self-realization (IFAT SR)

• Preparation of ‘Set of documents’ to the training (syllabus, handouts, presentation, pre- and post- questionnaire, reports)
• Developing, organising and delivering trainings according to customer’s order (looking for contractors such as catering, conference hall rental, transport logistics, ordering necessary materials, including branded ones etc.)
• Participation in development of concepts, methodologies, practices and activities for the further implementation of the skills acquired by participants
• Providing supervision meetings for participants in the post-training period: a detailed examination of difficult but relevant professional issues; emotional support and stabilisation of participants in order to reinforce acquired skills in their lives

• Conducting scientific researches on the topic ‘How to use the potential of company’s human resources effectively’
• Developing the range of educational and methodological subjects: ‘Management training techniques’, ‘Social responsibility’, 'Trainings as the tool to boost students work’, ‘Sociology and psychology of work’, ‘Management psychology and conflict resolution’ etc.
• Planning and organising of the educational process
• Delivering lectures and seminars for university teaching staff on effective methods of teaching students actively
• Handling the process of careers guidance and job placement
• Tutoring a group of students and being a senior tutor of the Faculty of management and marketing
• Keeping the documentation in order and organising educational practice and job placement
• Creating ratings of employees and the whole department
