Achievements:
Case IH is one of the sales leader in Ukraine, the leader in some segments, absolutely leader in Moldova. Marketing strategy was developed almost from scratch. The largest agricultural training in Ukraine (Case IH Camp) was done in 2019 as my initiative. Large field event for media (Case IH Technology Day) was done in 2021 as my initiative. Demo tours were started. The portfolio was extended, Case IH became a full liner.

Achievements: John Deere is the sales leader. Small and Middle tractors sales result is increased in 3,5 times (2018 vs 2016 years), sprayers (SPS and trailed) in 2,5 times (2018 vs 2016 years). The best sellers 6B tractor model and 4730 SPS model were my initiatives and projects. Four big product training events were done (trailed and self-propelled sprayers, small and middle tractors). The largest agricultural trainings in Ukraine (Dealers Salesmen Days Training) were done in 2017 and 2018.

Responsibilities:

  • - Preparation and conducting training seminars for new dealers (pre delivery inspection, maintenance, repair, diagnostics, using special tools and Internet resource)
  • - Preparation and conducting the assessments for technicians of the dealer network (Maintenance, Repair, Diagnosis levels) and checking the progress of each technician of the dealer network
  • - Introduction the thematic trainings within network (Engines, Transmissions, Differentials, PGM-FI, Air Conditioning, Innovative Technologies, Multiplexing, etc.)
  • - Arranging, preparation and conducting new model trainings
  • - Cooperation with Quality Department in resolving difficult technical problems
  • - Coordination the program "In-Dealer Training" (up to 30 persons were accountable me)
  • - Arranging, preparation and conducting Technician Contests

Achievements: Successful implementation of training programs according to HONDA's standards within HUA Dealer network. Launching JAZZ, PILOT, CR-Z, CROSSTOUR, CIVIC 4D, CIVIC 5D, CR-V, ACCORD, ACURA MDX, RDX and TLX models on the market. The Best Technician Honda 2010, 2011, 2012, 2015 events were done (theory + practice). New Training Center was built and started its operation (Vyshneve city).

Achievements: "Etalon" buses are the best seller in Ukraine. Engineering department has developed a range of urban, interurban and tourist models. I was responsible for successful brake system tests of the buses with KNORR-BREMSE components in Hungary (Budapest car ground) and WABCO components in Russia (Dmitrov car ground). "Etalon" buses are certificated in Ukraine and Russia.
