Under the management of Grant & Cooperation Manager Partnership Officer conducts the search and analysis of partners among government and non-government organisations that act according to local needs.
Taking part in working groups and clusters for identification of local oragizations and creating connections between them and HI.
Initiates discussions and meetings with potential local partners and provides cooperation monitoring.
Cooperation with other HI departments to apply due diligence measures and verification of partner’s registration documents. Provides assistance in creating of MoUs and partnership agreements with relevant attachments.
Provides assistance with further monitoring and MoU signing. Close cooperation with area Project Managers to ensure implementation of activities according to partnership agreement.
In close cooperation with Project Managers organises meeting schedule to analyse partnership’s results, collects feedbacks and up-to-date information about the project, identifies areas that require improvements, and amends partnership agreements.

Manages the beneficiaries’ feedback system by receiving calls, recording call details, categorizing information and providing feedback to beneficiaries in a timely manner.
Ensures all exchanges with affected people (feedback, complaints, questions and responses) are fed into the Community Contact Centre (CCC) system, classified into pre-determined reference categories and is followed-up by the relevant department specialists.
Participates in CCC dissemination campaigns to encourage affected people to give feedback on ICRC programs.
