My duties on the position of HRG in YPO “UkrTeenScience” involved:

• Developing and realization HR-Strategy;

• Collection, analysis and structuring of the volunteer base;

• Creating knowledge base;

• Development of a contact base of volunteers;

• Recruitment processes: job posting, recruitment, initial selection, interviews, secondary selection, panel interviews, onboarding, mentoring;

• Developing a base of partners (universities, courses and academies) to attract volunteers;

• Leading team-buildings and all-hands meetings;

• Conducted mentoring for HR beginners;

• Benefit-management.

My achievements:

• Developed a database of 60 volunteers from scratch;

• Developed and structured a database of useful materials for future HR-managers of YPO;

• Developed an recruitment plan and HR a strategy;

• Registered 14 positions and developed a benefit system;

• Conducted more than 25 interviews;

• Attracted more than 15 permanent volunteers for cooperation;

• Created, headed and management of HR team;

• Conducted mentoring sessions and for HR team;

• Conducted one large online team building for a whole team.
