• Maintained records of dispatched orders, delivery routes of truck drivers, route adjustments, truck repairs and pickup/delivery timelines.

• Ensured compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

• Made outbound customer calls to promote and sell our company products and services.

• Worked with the company's software to log customer interactions and maintain customer records.

• Entered data into company database software, verified accuracy of data.

• Ran reports as requested.
