Coordinated 150 in-person training sessions with 295 participants—51% of the overall target of 580 participants by the end of my tenure; implementation progress slightly exceeded the milestone plan. Areas of focus: agriculture, livestock farming, poultry farming, beekeeping, greenhouse and open-field cultivation, marketing, finance, and digital management.Developed 10 scripts for informational videos and a practical guide for participants; integrated mine safety and first aid components. Full management cycle: project description, budget, donor approvals, implementation, field coordination, and results. 30 of the 60 planned in-depth interviews were conducted by the time my involvement ended—in line with the phase plan. Coordinated the field team, data protection, and interactions with IMPACT/REACH; data were included in the national report for OCHA.

Development of the Sumy Office’s operational capacity

Role: Project Development / Operations Coordinator

Developed an office development plan for 2026–2028: operational model, humanitarian response, evacuation, support for evacuees, and mobile assistance to border communities. Developed project concepts and identified needs for personnel, transportation, equipment, security, and operational infrastructure.
