Interaction with surveyors, insurance, fumigation
companies, forwarders in ports.
Control of brokers operations, providing timely receipt of customs documentation.
Control of providing export products with
authorization documentation for export.
Maintaining a database of contracts and
accounting for the execution of contracts.
Ensuring documents flow with partners.
Preparation of invoices, balance invoices Control of
payments.
Interaction with port forwarders and more.

Duties:

• Work with buyers (invoices, acts, contracts, etc.),
• Work with suppliers (supply control, etc.),
• Planning of daily cash receipts,
• Work with 1C 8:3 UTP (bank reconciliation, receipts, entering contracts, invoices, etc.),
• Working with contracts (checking prices, expiration dates, signing, monitoring expiration dates, etc.),
• Execution of other management assignments.
