• representation/protection of shipowners' /vessels' interests with the corresponding Port Authorities (Port Administration, Harbour Master Service, Customs, Border Guard Service, Sanitary/Veterinary/Phytosanitary Service, surveying and stevedoring companies);
• drawing up all necessary documents for vessel's call at the port/loading/discharging operations/leaving the port.
