- Provide effective membership coordination assistance

- Create and foster a working environment conducive to good coordination amongst the IFRC members at all levels of coordination, with a focus on ensuring that the URCS is at the center of coordination efforts.

- Ensure effective participation of IFRC, Ukraine Red Cross Society (URCS), and all members in the countries in the Federation-wide coordination processes and raise any coordination challenges with management as required.

- Liaise with the Head of Emergency Operations/Operations Manager in Ukraine to ensure initiatives and ambitions of members are taken into account and actioned in operational strategizing, coordination, planning and implementation.

- Provide support and coaching to enhance operational coordination (external and federation members) at the country level towards the teams deployed.

- Ensure dissemination of relevant information towards the IFRC management in Ukraine, URCS as well as relevant operating members.

- Communicate with the Regional Membership Coordinator to support dialogue with NSs willing to support or be part of operations implementation in Ukraine.

- Encourage synergies at the regional level between the NSs engaging in the operations and liaise when relevant with the Operational Management structure for the operations in Budapest as well as with the deployed surge resources as appropriate.

- Ensuring effective and efficient Federation-wide approach in Ukraine

- Ensure a coordinated membership at the country level through. coordination of assessments, joint planning, monitoring and reporting mechanisms centered around URCS operational strategy and direction.

- Working closely with PMER, facilitating the implementation of regional products of coordination (common indicators, Federation-wide data reporting and monitoring, one accountability/risk management framework, one implementation plan).

- Map out on a regular basis the IFRC network bilateral and multilateral financial, technical, and thematic contributions and systematize them on a regular basis the Federation footprint.

- Identify opportunities for shared leadership to maximize impact and optimize the IFRC network resources. Ensuring collaboration and cooperation outside of the IFRC network.

- Ensure coherence with colleagues involved in external coordination and contribute to the reports as appropriate about the Federation footprint, achievements, challenges, etc.

• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within the scope budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Create a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Develop the workforce by setting clear expectations, training, providing feedback and coaching.
• Organize, in cooperation with Said Business School, Educational programs for managers.
• Motivate employees while maintaining a positive, results-oriented workplace by striving to achieve productivity goals.

• Development and realization of the insurance company strategy in cooperation with brokers (creating sales plans, choosing priority directions of collaboration to achieve targeted sales)

• Ensure co-operation of insurance brokers with the operating department, the accounting department, marketing department
• Control of trainings organization with participation of foreign representatives, simultaneous translation
