Summer-autumn this year – participated in the role of supervisor in the project on supervision for the members of the mobile brigades of socials workers & psychologists working with family abuse and war consequences in the regions. Conducted individual supervisions for 45 peoples per month, as well as group supervision sessions on-line and off-line.
2023-2024 worked as contract psychotherapist with the employees of IsraAid and Kantar Ukraine.
In summer-autumn 2022 participated in the organization the work of a cyber army department on request of Forces of the Special Operations.
Over the last years before the war (in 2020-2022) have organized the on-line educational project for psychotherapists of Ukraine with the participation, as lecturers, of key European modern psychotherapists. There were over 100 events organized. Normally the groups consist of 50-80 people, some (lecture of Dr. K.Golling (Austria) "Why WAR?") - over 650 people.In February 2022 the project "School of psychotherapy in Koncha-Zaspa was approved (my new project) by respectful organization and 10 groups of students 15 pers. each should had start their psychotherapeutic education in the groups of stars of European psychotherapy, alive in Kyiv for 5 years (2 sessions per year, 5 days). The project should have start on May 25, 2022. The war stopped it and made impossible for few years ahead, at least, if not completely.
Developed personally the platform for communication with thousands of specialists via SMM, via FB-page, groups, site, integrated CRM-system and e-wallets. Organized and conducted on-line FB & Google advertisement campaigns for all my projects, from design development through to analytics of results.
Since 2019 started the project of round tables in Zoom for the Ukrainian psychotherapist on ethical and other professional issues;
In 2016 organized 2 projects for the Ukrainian psychotherapists-volunteers for rehabilitation by European Association for Psychotherapy in Vienna and in Latvia;
In 2016 organized the project by European Association of Gestalt Therapy on education of the trauma trainers in Ukraine; Since 2011 started the project of organization of psychotheraputic groups, seminars and supervisions conducted by the colleagues from Europe (Austria, France, UK, Ireland) for Ukrainian psychotherapists;
