  • An algorithm for interaction with the HR department was designed and implemented. • The program "Talents of the company" and a system of adaptation, which the company did not have before were developed and the system of adaptation was implemented.
  • The quarantine period-during public transport stops, corporate transportation for store employees was organized with an optimal price transport company, which allowed our stores to function as usual.
  • During the period of my work, 4 new shops were opened and 2 more new directions in the company were launched. Shops and projects were opened on time and with full staff.
