• Analyze programmatic data, produce regular (quarterly or semi-annual) analytical reports and presentations based on program data;

• Oversees and ensures timely and accurate collection and entry of data;
• Support the development and rollout of project targets and standards to ensure delivery of quality outputs;
• Generate programmatic progress updates to donors and other stockholders as well as other ad-hoc reports;
• Participate in the development and adaptation of standard reporting, monitoring tools and forms to ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of programmatic activities at all levels;
• Together with M&E manager, develop, implement and track Project's Detailed Implementation Plan.

• Quality data management of medical appointments, laboratory results, external tests results and consumables is achieved (MS Excel/project database)
• Updating mission report on a monthly basis
• Entering data in project software
• Doing data checks and quality checks of records every month
• Assist in forming flowcharts and schematics
• Develop and update project chronogram in project management software
• Presenting the current ongoing activities at the beginning of every month at the medical meeting
• Active participation in discussing problems faced with data at medical meetings
