My responsibilities:

1. Accepting tasks from clients by phone, email and messengers. Adding solved tasks in CRM.

2. Solving problems on the client's PC remotely (TeamViwer, AnyDesk, RMS)

3. Setting up peripherals (printers, fiscal printers, label printers, IP phones (virtual or physical), etc.

4. Software installation and configuration.

5. If the problem cannot be solved remotely, I visit the client's office.

6. Structured cabling, LAN diagnostics, installation of server cabinets.

7. Block replacement of PC and laptop components.

8. Administration of access control systems (ACS) - adding new users, delete old ones.

9. Administration of physical/virtual servers (Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, RDP, AD, GPO, Hyper-V, access rights, creating new or changing old users, etc.)

10. Basic or custom configuration of network equipment (Mikrotik - Firewall, Port Forwarding, 2 ISP switch via Netwach, Access List, WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP; TP-Link, D-Link etc.).

11. Configuring access to the server on the client equipment (RDP, VPN, network folders)

12. Administration of corporate e-mail (Our company or client hosting, setting up e-mail clients (Outlook, The Bat, Thunderbird), web access to e-mail, creating/editing/deleting users, editing domain configurations, etc.)

13. Basic administration of accounting software: 1C, BAF, Sonata, MeDok (updating, adding or deleting users, resolving issues from the side of the server administrator).
