• Prepare Epics, Features, User Stories;
• Define capabilities and requirements to support the transition to new solutions;
• Manage requirements gathering and analysis activities by working with developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders;
• Describing business requirements to a development team and supporting the development team in clarifications of requirements and change request management;
• Participate in backlog grooming, defining upcoming release scopes.

• Create and document BRD, user stories
• Analyse and decompose requirements for systems in the IT environment
• Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units to develop necessary analysis and documentation collaboration
• Gather and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders, manage the project documentation
• Communicate with business units, development, and executive teams
• Write and provide detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify a solution
• Translate complex processes about how the business works for technical staff
• Facilitate design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution
• Plan and monitor projects with regular checks on requirements
• Report and monitor project performance
• Design User Acceptance Testing and User training
• Independently verify created technical solutions for the business
