In submission are there 6 departments - Treasury, financial institutions, investment operations (securities transactions), department of custodian. Activity directions –FX and MM operations; operations with bank`s metals and coins; securities trading; arrangement with ukrainian financial institutions for interbank lines; the control over liquidity; the control for currency and interest risks; cash-flow planning; monitoring of NBU norms, ratios and obligatory reservation; opening and registration of correspondent accounts.

Since 2010 y ukrainian banks have increased the limits on interbank transactions in the UNEX BANK in totaling $ 40 million, the number of contractors increased by 40 banks.

The UNEX BANK is one of 10 active operators of the market of precious metals in Ukraine.

The basic functions - FX and MM operations; operation with own bonds, agency arrangement with financial institutions; the control over liquidity; the control for currency and interest risks; monitoring of NBU norms and ratios, obligatory reservation, behind observance of specifications NBU, financial reporting and planning with RUST, Interaction with NBU on financial matters, registration subordinated debt and the capital in NBU and The Securities and Stock Market State Commission, Kiev. In 2009г in submission there is 1 department - FX and MM and sector on work with securities. In 2008 in submission there were 4 departments - FX and MM dept, dept of financial institutions, operations with securities, and dept on work with corporate clients.

The basic functions: the control over work of divisions, definition of the basic directions of activity and aspects of work, preparation of the folder of issue of own bonds of bank, opening and registration of correspondent accounts, agency arrangement with financial institutions, the control over liquidity. In submission there were 2 departments - securities and financial institutions.

The member of ALCO, Tariff committee, since August 2007 - the Member of the Management Board. In submission there were 3 departments – department FX and MM, securities department, department of financial institutions and capital markets.
