Responsibilities:

Organization of accounting process (1C 8.2 - from primary documentation till reports) in accordance with Ukrainian GAAP (company on the general system of taxation LTD, quarterly reporting)

• VAT accounting, including 20%, 7%, 0% rates and non-VATable transactions. Monthly VAT reporting and electronic administration
• Payroll accounting process (salary, employee's benefits, local and foreign business trips)
• Import/export of goods and services, purchase of foreign currency, exchange rate differences
• Accounting of the cash transactions, daily controlling the operation of cash register
• Organization of the accounting process of revenue, expenses, inventory, tangible and intangible fixed assets, closing of reporting period, performing of all financial and tax statements according to the Ukrainian legislation
• Preparation and submission of statistical reports
• Cooperation with controlling authorities, banks, customers, suppliers etc.
• Organization and supporting of the human resources records.

Implementation of all accounting procedures and reporting package according to the requirements of the parent company (Danish GAAP, IFRS)

• Preparation monthly P&L (income statement), Balance sheet reconciliations
• Monthly calculation of Provision for returns, Provision of Warranties, Provision for Write-offs on Stock, Provision for employees vacations
• Accounting of the Tax assets and liabilities, calculation of the Deferred tax (Corporate tax)
• Intercompany reconciliation
• Accounting of accounts receivables and payables, calculation of the Provision for bad debt losses
• Providing regular Forecasts
• Participation in the annual budgeting process
• Supporting and participation in the local audit and annual audit (by Deloitte)

• Робота в системі Клієнт-банк,
• Рознесення банківської виписки
