SOFTPROM, an international distributor of IT solutions in Ukraine and Eastern Europe, is looking for a Presale Engineer/Customer Support Engineer to join the Bentley-Trimble-AutoDesk team.
Duties :
- Conducting presales engineering activities for customers on the software line Bentley Systems / Trimble SketchUp / AutoDesk / related BIM solutions;
- Implementation, integration, customization of software solutions and their services to customers;
- Elimination of emerging problems / consultations on technical issues;
- Conducting webinars / seminars / training for customers;
- Participation in conferences / exhibitions;
- Preparation of technical documentation / localization of vendor materials
Qualification :
- Previous experience in software solutions Bentley Systems/Trimble SketchUp/AutoDesk (experience as a designer / BIM specialist will be a significant advantage);
- Presentation / webinar / public speaking skills;
- Competently delivered speech;
- Basics of system administration;
- English language is not lower than Intermediate
