We are expanding and that’s why we are looking for Technical support specialist to join our team.

Skills we need:
- Leadership skills, ability to organize team work
- Communication and analytical skills, team work
- Proactive, motivated to work in Customer Assurance department
- Full project lifecycle experience: starting from ‘Implementation’ phase and continuing in ‘Post Go-Live operations’ phase
- Experience using web programming
- Experience using JSON,
- Development experience using SQL, PL/SQL
- Experience in dealing with version control systems GIT
- Intermediate English (reading of technical documentation)
Would be a plus:
- Knowledge in FinTech domain
Your responsibilities:
- Communicating with company partners to troubleshooting issues & bug fixing
- Providing technical support for the company's products
- Maintenance of product integration and Implementing change requests
- Taking part in testing and education of new products features
- Working in an agile environment
- Interaction with the development team
