Mission:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all human resources operations within an organization: attraction, development, performance evaluation, pipeline management, compensation, and retention
- Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Work with the senior leadership team to develop the right organizational design and implementation actions to transform
- Lead on employee Communications to support engagement and an understanding of business direction and performance, help people to adapt to changes
- Implement processes that drive a high-performance and growth culture
- Build and continuously develop a high-performing team of HR professionals with strong drive and commitment to running excellent HR operations in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as an HRD / HRBP preferably in a fast-paced, growth environment
- Successful cases in HR processes design, change management, performance management, and leadership coaching processes
- Data-driven decision maker and pragmatic problem solver who can find root causes of issues and gain leadership support to address them
- Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Fluent English
