HR Director

Mission:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all human resources operations within an organization: attraction, development, performance evaluation, pipeline management, compensation, and retention
• Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Work with the senior leadership team to develop the right organizational design and implementation actions to transform
• Lead on employee Communications to support engagement and an understanding of business direction and performance, help people to adapt to changes
• Implement processes that drive a high-performance and growth culture
• Build and continuously develop a high-performing team of HR professionals with strong drive and commitment to running excellent HR operations in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as an HRD / HRBP preferably in a fast-paced, growth environment
• Successful cases in HR processes design, change management, performance management, and leadership coaching processes
• Data-driven decision maker and pragmatic problem solver who can find root causes of issues and gain leadership support to address them
• Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
• Fluent English
