Mobile Application / Solution Architect

Andersen, an international IT company, invites an experienced Mobile Application / Solution Architect to work on a large-scale project for a Saudi Arabia customer.

The customer is a prominent financial institution established in 1975. The bank offers a diverse range of financial products, services, and bespoke banking solutions to an extensive client base across the GCC countries, Europe, and North America. The bank's recent achievements include hosting various events and webinars, sponsoring cultural and financial initiatives, and winning multiple awards for its services.

The project is a banking retail application which is built on the KONY Framework. The main task is to design smooth and reliable architecture to transition from KONY to React Native.

Technology stack on the project: React Native, .NET, iOS, Android, KONY Framework, Solution Architecture, JavaScript, TypeScript, State Management Frameworks, RESTful API.

Responsibilities

• Defining the technical vision and roadmap for digital banking applications using React Native mobile application framework, aligning it with overall business goals.
• Designing a scalable, secure, and high performant mobile architecture for digital bank specifically using secured libraries and tools within React Native ecosystem.
• Designing and documenting secure and scalable technology solutions mainly React framework-based channels (Mobile and Web), API Gateway aligned with the bank's DevSecOps standards, architecture and regulations.
• Collaborating with UI/UX, product managers, designers, and engineering managers, developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications optimized for React Native.
• Designing scalable deployment architecture on Virtualization/OpenShift containerization.
• Technical analyzing and solution designing of digital payment processing systems and applicable integrations as per business requirements.
• Providing technical guidance and support throughout the design and implementation.

Requirements

• Experience in mobile application/backend development with extensive working experience on channels (Mobile and Web) development in React Native framework for 6+ years.
• Experience as a Solution/Software Architect for 3+ years.
• In-depth knowledge of React Native principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Proven experience working with React framework for channels development and integrations (Card, Payments, Bill payments etc.) in a banking environment.
• Proven experience working with WSO2/Kong API gateway, ForgeRock/Redhat KeyCloack identity and access management and Strapi Content Management system.
• Experience working on high performance banking applications designed as microservices and deployed on virtualized/OpenShift environment.
• Good experience in designing and building React Native apps that provide a native-like experience on both iOS and Android platforms.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in delivering end-to-end technical mobile apps and backend by orchestrating solution delivery across one or more domains.
• Experience mentoring, leading a team of React Native developers for delivering mobile apps.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
