IT Solution Integrator (with banking background)

JSC “ING Bank Ukraine” is looking for experienced IT Solution Integrator/Architect, who will be responsible for:

- Strengthen the design of IT solutions / systems.

- Support execution of various bank’s projects (designing and implementing new customer products, IT technologies, decommission of “legacy” systems and migration to target setup, supporting local regulatory required projects/changes).
- Translates epics into coherent features in realizable roadmaps and coordinates the deployment of integrated IT solutions to generate customer value based on weighted interests and deliver IT Solution Architect expertise to Tribes/squads in their IT delivery.

- Will act with proactive and efficient approach in IT service level management towards central services teams and local customers.

About the role: 

• Promote an agile atmosphere within teams and groups by emphasizing nimble action in service of constant customer focus.
• Document complex "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability to record accurately the change required.
• Create overview of the Features and facilitate the delivery of them together with the Squads. Align epics and sprints and oversee the dependencies between the activities of the various squads.
• Identify new external developments and / or emerging issues within an area of technology or business function and evaluate their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.
• Monitor and review performance and behaviors within area of responsibility to identify and resolve noncompliance with the organization's policies and relevant regulatory codes and codes of con
• Contribute to the refinement of the integrated roadmap and the stages towards the target solution. Collaborate with Architects, POs and Squads to translate Epics into Features and Stories.
• Identify and evaluate complex, expertise-led solutions against a range of criteria to find the ones that best meet business needs.
• Develop stakeholder engagement through identifying stakeholders, finding out their needs/issues/concerns and reacting to these to support the communication of business information and decisions.
• Executes implementation and migration of local/global IT and business applications/software. 
   Ensures the infrastructure and software are reliable, efficient, configured properly within corporate standards and adequate to run the Business systems. 
   Develop, update, and maintain operating procedures for implementation, development, support and use of the new and existing systems. 
   Prepares and executes system tests to ensure they are adequate, properly executed and user acceptance received. 
   
  Skills and qualification requirements: 
   
   
• Higher Technical/IT Education.
• Solid and deep practical knowledge of wholesale (corporate) banking products/processes.
• Wide and deep experience providing expert competence.
• Working experience at least 6 years in IT area, specifically in Core Banking System B2, different types of middleware and integration platforms.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes, practical experience in service level management, readiness for change and transformation.
• Understanding of business continuity principles.
• Upper-intermediate English level (oral and written), fluency in Ukrainian
• Has an expert knowledge of the business domain and processes as well as the application architecture and dynamics (interactions with other business domains). Acts as reference in the market (outside ING) and brings outside in.
• Has expert knowledge of multiple (new) technologies for multiple domains. Speaks on conferences. Feeds learnings back in the organization
• Understands the principles of cyber security. Has a comprehensive level of experience in the application of cyber security policies (technical standards and procedures) to the organization. 
• Has the end-to-end view on integration and realization of the most complex roadmaps (across Tribes and Domains). Identifies external factors that will impact planning. Aligns the planning/roadmap to the company's objectives. Contributes to strategic planning meeting  

Responsibilities:

• Advises both Business & IT on the technical impact of a chosen solution. Understands how complex Epics can make or break a system.
• Aligns with key stakeholders on executive level. Influences Business and IT strategies locally or at Group level.
• Challenges others and the business to remain current in their understanding, drives change in policies where needed.
• Operates as a recognized expert to envision and document the future state of processes and products by identifying the solution scope, potential value of the future state, and the changes to the process, products, organization infrastructure, capabilities, and technology necessary to achieve the desired future state. Typically known as a subject matter authority.
• Participates in Themes & Epics definition. Advises both Business & IT stakeholders on the impact of chosen business & IT solutions.
• Advises further evolutions/improvements based on market evolutions on his/her knowledge area. Known as go-to person that could help with complex Feature refinement within his/her domain & also across domains (even other ING entities, in context of International Tribe
