- ensure efficient supplier communication tool (SCOT) adoption for Ukrainian users through guides, translations, requests for enhancements,
- assure targeted active suppliers number in tool, timely and effective comments submission, root cause analysis validation,
- nurture supplier’s On-Time In-Full continuous improvement to minimize under deliveries and increase goods availability, by performing and communicating the results of regular root causes analysis of undelivered/late delivered goods,
- initiating and facilitating meetings with suppliers & internal deps for OTIF increase action plan creation,
- control over execution of an agreement (-s) made between metro and Suppliers' sides (internal/external process or conditions change).
