One of the leading suppliers of medical equipment, services and comprehensive solutions in the field of health care is looking for an Economist \ Accountant to join its team.
What are your responsibilities?
- To receive and process service orders, preparation of service calculations for spare parts;
- To receive requests, claims and other orders from customers (call-center) and allocation of these tasks to appropriate responsible employees;
- To prepare service commercial offers/service contracts/contracts for spare parts delivery;
- To maintain business operation in SAP in compliance with Ukrainian legislation and IFRS;
- To prepare accounting documents of Service department: acts of acceptance, delivery notes, VAT bills, invoices etc.;
- To control accounts receivables
- To control service documents workflows – correct and in-time documents provision;
- To support Service department ( coordination of technicians’ visits to customers, plan visits in SAP, support of technicians in relation to their business trips);
- To control Installed medical units base – correct data input;
- To work with documents according to company rules.
- To perform other activities necessary for efficient performance of the CS team.
What do you need to qualify for this job?
- University degree in Economics (not necessarily);
- Professional experience or a strong desire to learn new things and an interest in the position;
- English – B2;
- Russian or Ukrainian – as a native;
- IFRS – basics.
- Good communication skills
- Understanding of accounting principles
