We are seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in facilitating our sales objectives. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the team's alignment with sales processes, fostering cross-team collaboration, and serving as a key point of contact for all sales operational requests.

REQUIREMENTS:

· 0,5+ years of experience working as a Sales Coordinator or Sales Assistant in IT industry.

· Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), sales, and marketing processes.

· Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot is an advantage.

· Proficiency in English (upper-intermediate/advanced level) for both written and verbal communication.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal team stakeholders.

· Proactive and results-oriented individual with a drive for achieving targets.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.

· Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance metrics.

· CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information.

· Coordination of Sales Activities: Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and demos, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.

· Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support sales strategies and decision-making.

· Collaboration with Business Development Manager and Lead Generation Manager: Work closely with the business development manager and lead

generation manager to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

· Lead Management: Handle incoming leads and distribute them to the appropriate sales representatives or teams.
