Our company has a branch in Thailand and is looking for a branch manager.
The main objective of the position is to define and implement the branch development strategy, organize stable operation of the branch and ensure the achievement of the branch's performance targets.
The vacancy involves relocation to Thailand and a long-term stay in Bangkok of 3-6 months.
Responsibilities:
- studying and adapting the existing business model to the country's specifics;
- creating and implementing a strategy and development plan for the branch;
- branch personnel management (recruiting, training and supervision);
- building and controlling operational processes (purchasing goods, delivering parcels to customers);
- analysis of the terms of cooperation with partners, search for optimal conditions, negotiations with partners;
- monitoring of branch performance indicators. Making the necessary adjustments to the work to achieve the target indicators;
- reporting to the head office.
Candidate requirements:
- Bachelor's degree;
- English B2;
- Management experience of at least 2 years in sales or marketing in e-commerce;
- Understanding of logistics processes.
