What the job involves:
- Play a key role in supporting the accounting and monthly financial close of the Holding company.
- Contribute to the preparation of the Group’s consolidated IFRS financial statements and standalone financials for our companies across the globe.
- Liaise with external auditors, valuators, advisors, and internal auditors to deliver critical projects on time, showcasing your ability to manage complex tasks.
- Work closely with our Corporate Finance and Investor Relations teams to craft insightful financial releases and MD&A reports that drive decision-making.
- Coordinate with accounting and reporting teams across our Group companies and Shared Service Centers to build efficient, IFRS-compliant processes.
- Prepare deliverables and presentations for Supervisory Board meetings, working closely with the financial departments of our shareholding companies to influence high-level decisions.
- Develop and maintain Group accounting policies and manuals, ensuring they align with IFRS requirements and world-class best practices.
Our expectations:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or Finance.
- Over 3 years of experience in IFRS or management reporting, ideally within a Big 4 firm or a large industrial group.
- Progress towards ACCA, CFA is a strong advantage, reflecting your commitment to continuous professional development.
- A robust understanding of IFRS standards.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
