Travel Manager

We are currently looking for experienced Travel Manager. 

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Development of Travel Policies
• Implementation of a Unified Approach to Business Trips
• Travel Planning and Coordination (Domestic and International)
• Cost Optimization
• Expense Tracking and Reporting
• Enhancing Travel Quality
• Vendor Management
• Collaboration with Outsourcing Partners
• Travel Risk Management
• Visa Support and Country Requirements Coordination
• Compliance and Documentation
• Team Management

Functional Responsibilities:

• Development of Travel Policies
  Create, implement, and update travel policies aligned with company objectives and compliance regulations.
• Implementation of a Unified Approach to Business Trips
  Analyze current processes and introduce improvements for business trip planning and execution.
• Travel Planning and Coordination
  Organize and manage employee business trips within Ukraine and internationally, ensuring smooth logistics.
• Cost Optimization
  Optimize travel costs by selecting efficient routes and transport options while adhering to budget constraints.
• Expense Tracking and Reporting
  Monitor and manage travel expenses, generate reports for management, and suggest cost control improvements.
• Enhancing Travel Quality
  Improve the quality of travel arrangements while ensuring they meet the company’s budget and employee satisfaction.
• Vendor Management
  Establish and maintain relationships with travel service providers to negotiate favorable rates and service agreements.
• Collaboration with Outsourcing Partners
  Serve as the main point of contact with outsourcing partners, resolving travel-related issues.
• Travel Risk Management
  Ensure employee safety and security during travel by staying informed on travel advisories and providing emergency support.
• Visa Support and Country Requirements Coordination
  Provide visa assistance and coordinate legal/travel requirements for international trips.
• Compliance and Documentation
  Ensure all travel-related documentation, including visas and insurance, comply with internal and external policies.
• Team Management
  Lead and coordinate a team involved in travel management tasks, ensuring effective performance and professional development.

Professional Experience and Skills:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Problem-solving skills, including handling travel-related emergencies
• Customer-service mindset focused on improving the employee travel experience
• Proven ability to manage and lead a travel management team
• Proven experience as a Travel Manager or in a similar role
• Proficiency in travel management software and booking platforms
• Knowledge of travel regulations, including visa, health, and safety requirements
• Understanding of international visa processes and country-specific travel requirements
• Strong understanding of budget management, cost control, and travel optimization techniques
• English proficiency: at least B2 level
