We are seeking an energetic and inspiring English Teacher who thrives on uniting teams and fostering growth through engaging learning experiences. This individual brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm, creating a dynamic environment where language skills improve, connections strengthen, and learning becomes fun.
They will lead both group and personal lessons for colleagues, tailoring each session to individual and team needs. Whether it’s helping a team prepare for international presentations or providing personalized coaching for professional growth, they know how to make every lesson impactful and engaging.
Who You Are:
- At least 3 years of teaching experience
- Proven experience teaching groups of adult learners
- Extensive expertise in teaching Business English
- Ability to develop lessons tailored for an online format
- Familiarity with online gamification tools to enhance engagement
What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate the English proficiency levels of colleagues
- Develop personalized educational plans tailored to individual and team needs
- Participate actively in the company’s educational initiatives and activities
- Deliver high-quality, engaging, and effective English lessons
