Project Buying support specialist

KOSTAL Ukraine is stable growing company with more than 15 years history on Ukrainian market. Today KOSTAL Ukraine is a direct supplier of automotive components for different famous manufactures like a Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Skoda, Seat, Ford, Tesla, Daimler, BMW, Renault and others.
For further development we are looking experienced candidates to fill the position of Project Buying support specialist.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Master data management (material master data maintenance, output maintenance).
- Purchase Order/Info record/Scheduled Agreement creation and maintenance .
- Prototype POs, Samples POs, Pre-Serial POs.
- Sales Order creation/Cock pit processing.
- Price/Payment terms maintenance.
- Tool ordering / tool change ordering; incl. TAD maintenance).
- Fast PCB, etc.
- SAP/BW reporting (Supplier List extended, Price deviation. Etc.).
- Supplier Relationship Management.
- Other activities related to Purchasing Operations Support Team scope.
Candidate requirements:
- 2+ years related experience in operational / transactional purchasing. Multinational environment and Automotive Sector preferred. Multinational environment and Automotive Sector preferred;
- Higher education;
- Upper Intermediate level of English or higher (written and spoken), German is advantage;
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), and experience in working with different ІТ/CRM systems;
- Experience with SAP (SAP BW and CDB preferably);
- Result-oriented, responsible and attentive to details;
- Team-player;
- Open for new knowledge, quick-learner;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
