Dispatcher (US Market)

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and dispatching drivers to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs
• Speaking with driver/broker/customer/team to resolve any problems, issues or requests
• Being in charge of communications and operation of your trucks
• Being in charge of driver's payment calculation
• Being responsible for documentation referring to the load

Skills

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition
• Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, routes and personnel
• Knowledge of computers for scheduling and other dispatching duties
• Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time
• Ability to work under stress and remain calm and to calm other people during rapidly changing circumstances
• Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment

Terms of Work

• Mon-Fri (+$100 for weekends shift)
• From 2pm till 12am (Kiev Time)

• Responsibility for calculating the driver's payment
• Responsibility for documentation related to cargo

• Confident computer user for planning and other dispatch duties
• Ability to multitask with different, sometimes conflicting situations
• Ability to work under stress, remain calm and reassure others during rapidly changing circumstances
• Ability to communicate information in a fast-paced environment

Working conditions

• Mon-Fri (+100$ per weekend)
• From 14:00 to 12:00 (Kyiv time)
