Logistics Coordinator

Fineline Global is a rapidly growing world leader in the printed circuit board (PCB) trading industry. We offer comprehensive services ranging from the development of prototypes and PCB samples to production and delivery. We think globally and act locally, serving various market sectors, including medical, automotive, telecommunications, industrial, and consumer electronics worldwide. Fineline Global has local representatives in Germany, the UK, Italy, Spain, Israel, Sweden, Switzerland, and China.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, coordinating, and tracking product delivery timelines and the order status;

• Working with primary supplier documentation, registering goods in the accounting system;

• Creating transport documents (We will train you from scratch; the main requirement is a willingness to learn).

Requirements:

• Current residence in Ukraine;

• Higher education or a student of the last cources (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in logistics, economics, or business management;

• Basic knowledge of logistics will be a plus;

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel;

• Analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly;

• English level: at least Intermediate;

• Client-oriented approach;

• Organizational skills and reliability;
