ACCOUNT MANAGER, PACKAGING TMS A HAVI CO.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Account Manager support McDonald’s Ukraine on packaging for any local projects (promotional, specific to the Ukrainian market or global initiatives). This role entails a dynamic combination of promotional expertise and project management proficiency, specifically tailored to address the unique market requirements of Ukraine. 

Your primary objective is to provide exceptional service that aligns seamlessly with both tms and McDonald's overarching strategic framework. Your responsibilities encompass the end-to-end project management and execution of local packaging initiatives. This includes supervising every stage of the planning and production process, from concept development, feasibility assessment scenario building, all the way through to final execution, implementation, launch, and post-analysis. Effective coordination with relevant internal departments is essential throughout this process. This is collaborative work with the global tms Team & Account Managers to deliver best value and identify and deliver new services to the customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate the activities along the entire supply chain while continuously communicating the tms value proposition and HAVI.
• Understand customer's business environment, strategies and needs.
• Bring big global ideas into local context.
• Manage projects, understand markets needs and to be a customer-centricity.
• Maintain and work closely with respective cross functions to support customers’ needs and meet customers’ KPIs, to Fulfill annual goals agreed with the client.
• To be the main contact for packaging in case of any issues or requests for the client and suppliers, to ensure the appropriate level of communication, coordination of packaging production processes, to provide information in a timely manner.
• Conduct business meetings review with local suppliers and organize business visits to suppliers' factories, conduct price analysis.
• Search for improvements and new methods of operation within the framework of services provided by HAVI and principles of cooperation.
• Control and approve prices, conduct price policy negotiations with local supplier.
• Monitor the timely completion of audits by local suppliers according to the McDonald’s requirements.
• Actively collaborate with European team to share best practices and to build competitive and innovative approach in providing services. 
• Participates in new products development.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide informed advice to clients.
• The waste management project coordination: project support according to the agreed goals of the client.
• Holding regular meetings with the client in order to update the status of projects on sorting recyclable waste in restaurants and cooperation with contractors.
• Definition and coordination of new services that can be provided to the client.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree 
• Upper-Intermediate (and higher) level in English 
• 2-3+ years of experience in similar position preferably in the same field (advantage)
• Results and customer oriented. 
• Strong project management skills.
• Analytical skills and talent for multi-tasking and managing competing priorities effectively.
• Effective communication and people skills.
• The ability to negotiate effectively.
• Experience working with McDonald's restaurants or other QSR.
• Knowledge of the operational part of activities of McDonald's restaurants.
• Understand the technological processes of food packaging production.
• Driving license.
