Leobit is seeking a Trainee Sales Development Representative to work as a part of our Business Development team.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the lead generation process using Upwork as the primary sales channel.
Participate in the automated bidding process guided by our data-driven tools.
Maintain and update accurate records of interactions and leads in our CRM system.
Work closely with the sales team to refine and improve sales strategies.
Develop and enhance soft skills, including communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
Focus on attention to detail to ensure high-quality bids and client interactions.
Requirements:
Basic usage of Chat GPT and familiarity with digital tools
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Good interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain client relationships
A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in bids and communications
Interest in developing sales-related skills and a passion for learning about sales processes
A strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential
Understanding the software development lifecycle (would be a plus)
Level of English: Upper Intermediate (at least) or higher
