We’re hiring: Senior Legal Counsel — Pharmaceutical Practice
OMP has been a trusted legal & tax advisor to Ukrainian and international pharmaceutical companies for over 20 years. We’re now expanding our team and looking for a Senior Lawyer with deep expertise in pharmaceutical law.
Your role:
-Advise clients on pharma law, antitrust & anti-corruption issues
-Support corporate and litigation matters (UA/EN)
-Draft legal opinions, contracts, and transaction docs
-Guide promotional strategies for medicines in Ukraine
-Manage legal projects & mentor junior team members
About you:
Law degree (Attorney-at-Law Certificate is a plus)
5+ years of relevant experience (law firm/pharma/consulting)
Strong knowledge of Ukrainian & international pharma law
Confident in corporate law, M&A, data protection
Upper-intermediate+ English
Team player with excellent communication skills
