Document specialist/Paralegal

BAYER is opening a vacancy of Document specialist/Paralegal at Legal department.

Main responsibilities: 

Enactment & management of local policies and procedures for Bayer group in Ukraine;

Administrator role for Bayer contract management system;

Administrator role for Powers of Attorney & internal authorizations;

Administrator role for electronic keys;

Archive services management;

Legal & administrative tasks in Contract, Civil, Employment, Criminal & other Laws - under supervision of senior lawyers

Skills & Qualifications: 

English (at least upper intermediate), diploma in Laws or graduate student

Good knowledge in Civil & Business Laws

Pro-active, with sense of responsibility and organization
