Responsibilities:
- Developing a strategy for development and communication with the company's clients.
- Building operational processes in the team (maintaining a CRM system, tasks and reporting).
- Analysis of team work and results (team and individual performance metrics).
- Work with team reporting (monthly and quarterly).
- Development and implementation of new services and tools in the work.
- Motivation and development of the team.
- Quality control of customer service.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of team management experience.
- Analytical skills and experience with analytics services for reporting and dashboards.
- Experience in improving operational processes in a team.
- Experience in working with clients (customer focus).
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Experience with task tracker systems and CRM systems.
- English at the level of B2 and above.
It will be a plus:
- Experience in integrating AI services into workflows.
- Experience in FinTech/IT/Media.
