And now we are looking for a Head of Sales and Marketing to join our team in Kyiv.
Requirements
- At least 5 years in IT sales and 2 years as a head of department;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills!
- Ability to work effectively as a S&M team leader;
- Upper-intermediate level of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategic plans for the sales and marketing department aligned with overall company objectives.
Identify market trends and opportunities to drive business growth.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to company goals.
- Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Sales Management:
Set sales targets and objectives in coordination with company goals.
Oversee the development and execution of sales strategies.
Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and implement improvements.
- Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Collaborate with the client services team to enhance overall customer experience.
- Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Utilize digital marketing channels for maximum impact.
- Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Use market insights to refine product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Budget Management:
Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget.
Ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal allocation of resources.
- Performance Analysis:
Regularly analyze sales and marketing performance metrics.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and operations.
Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
- Compliance and Ethics:
Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
