We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Head of Search Media Buying who will help us take our projects to the next level. If you have strategic thinking, can effectively manage teams, and want to work in an innovative and friendly environment, this is the position for you.
Responsibilities:
Planning and monitoring key performance indicators for the entire project, meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Hiring and training of teams working with TikTok, Facebook, Native, as well as managing their certification and contract renewals.
Developing KPIs for employees and continuously evaluating their performance.
Business process automation.
Training both new and existing employees.
Daily management of media buying teams.
Developing guidelines and regulations for the department.
Interaction with partners - data providers, advertising account suppliers, advertising platforms.
Weekly reporting to management.
Coordination with other departments (finance, legal, brokerage) as needed.
Motivating and developing employees.
Requirements:
Experience in building from scratch or developing an existing media buying team.
Experience in building processes in the media buying department.
At least 3 years of experience in search arbitrage or media buying.
Experience in advertising on TikTok, Facebook, Native.
Communicative, ability to listen and articulate thoughts clearly.
Organized, responsible, structured.
