Hotel "Spartak", located in the very center of Kyiv, is looking for an active and responsible Guest Service Manager who will help ensure a high level of service for our visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting guests, escorting them during their stay at the hotel.
- Organizing a quick and convenient guest registration process, checking reservations.
- Solving all issues related to guest comfort, providing information about hotel services and local attractions
- Interaction with all departments of the hotel to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Processing requests, complaints and feedback of guests, ensuring a positive impression of the stay.
- Working with programs for managing reservations and customer records.
- Organization of additional services: transfers, excursions, restaurant reservations, etc.
Requirements:
- Experience in the field of hospitality or service (preferred, but not required).
- Excellent communication skills, friendliness and friendliness.
- Knowledge of English at a conversational level (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage).
- Ability to work in stressful situations and quickly solve problems.
- Ability to work with hotel programs (preferred).
- High level of organization and responsibility.
