Job Description:
As the creative heart and voice of our brand, our SMM will be responsible for crafting unique & engaging content, inspiring brand awareness, and managing our social media presence. Additionally, our SMM will connect with our audience and key influencers, and analyze trends and metrics to optimize our social media strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Illuminate Our Digital Visibility: Craft and implement sophisticated social media strategies that resonate with our audience, aligning with our brand’s ethos.
- Craft Immersive Digital Experiences: Develop immersive digital experiences by creating visually stunning content (images, graphics, videos, and compelling narratives), optimized for platforms, including X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram to captivate our audience and drive brand awareness.
- Architect a Seamless Digital Presence: Curate a seamless digital experience across all platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
- Spark Engaging Conversations: Nourish a vibrant online community by actively engaging in conversations with our followers and responding promptly to inquiries.
- Connect with Key Niche Influencers: Identify and collaborate with mid–tier & macro influential voices to amplify our brand’s message and expand our digital footprint within FinTech niche.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies, constantly innovating our social media approach to maintain a competitive edge.
- Data–Driven Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics to analyze social media metrics, uncovering actionable insights to refine campaigns, maximize impact, and drive sustainable growth.
Required Skills:
- Proven Experience in SMM: Minimum 1 year of proven experience managing social media accounts (X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram), preferably in the IT, FinTech, tech or financial company.
Alternatively, experience in social media management for IT, Tech, Digital Services/Apps, FinTech, or Financial projects at a marketing or creative agency is highly valued.
- Content Creation: Proven ability to create diverse and unique content, including text, images, and videos for various platforms (X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram) within the technology, finance, or FinTech niches.
A strong portfolio demonstrating content creation skills is essential for advancing to the next stage of the application process.
- Influencer Partnerships: Proven experience in nourishing relationships with mid–tier and macro influencers, including crafting compelling content, conducting insightful interviews, and executing successful collaborations.
- Graphic Design Proficiency: Extensive experience with Figma, Canva, and Adobe tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite is highly desired).
- Video Editing Proficiency: Extensive experience with video editing programs (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Analytics Proficiency: Ability to analyze content performance and search trends using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
- Social Media Tools Proficiency: Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Mavic.ai, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.
- Language Proficiency: English (B2–C1 level).

- Meticulous Attention to Detail: A commitment to precision and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and engage with various audiences.

- Adaptability and Agility: The capacity to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving FinTech niche.
Nice to Have:
- Startup Experience: Experience working in startups, product companies, or advertising agencies.
- Crypto Knowledge: Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain basics.
- Additional Languages: Proficiency in foreign languages other than English.
