In support of the current and envisioned program implementation and to reinforce the capacities of our local partners in Ukraine, Malteser International is looking for an HR Manager.
As an HR Manager, you will provide cover to the HR Lead and play a key role in supporting the expansion and upscaling of the Ukraine office. In this role, you will ensure the continuity of HR functions during the scaling-up phase including handling employee relations cases, facilitating the recruitment, onboarding and orientation of new staff, ensure policy & legal compliance with respect to best practice, and implement strategies to improve staff well-being and workplace relations.
