We are currently in pursuit of a Junior Lawyer—an individual who will provide proficient and expert support in addressing legal matters related to the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and monitor foreign legislation and Amazon policies on diverse legal and associated matters
- Evaluate and draft contractual agreements
- Engage in dialogue with clients
- Conduct legal risk assessments pertinent to the e-commerce sector
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in English at a level no lower than Upper-Intermediate (all documentation is exclusively in English)
- An analytical mindset
- Proficiency in operating systems and software (Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Presentations)
- Multitasking ability and readiness to process substantial amounts of information
- In-depth knowledge of civil law (with a particular focus on intellectual property rights) and corporate law
- Prior experience with the US market will be a substantial advantage
Working Conditions:
