Telephone survey manager
Our company is currently looking for an Manager with English language skills.
We aim to find a dedicated professional focused on quality and results.This position is perfect for you if you love the English language and enjoy communicating with people.
Your primary role in the company will be to become part of exciting research projects that help other companies develop their business.The research we conduct helps assess potential customer demand for services or products. Information gathered from primary sources allows us to understand how effectively a company promotes specific products or services in the market. That’s why we’re looking for you!
Your responsibilities will include:
• Interviewing product users based on a set list of questions;
• Recording the interaction results in our CRM system;
• Being polite and attentive in customer interactions.
Our expectations of you:
• Conversational English at A2 level or above;
• Confident computer user with the ability to quickly learn new tools;
• Ability to work with various types of people;
• Ability to work with information effectively.
Lack of experience or limited work experience is acceptable if you meet all other requirements.
