Mr. Glazier is an ambitious, fast-growing architectural glazing solutions company based in New York City. We specialize in innovative window installations and bespoke glazing projects for high-profile clients. Our projects span the New York Metropolitan and Miami metro areas, with large-scale nationwide projects in development. We are also in the process of opening a 500 m2 showroom in the prestigious New York Design District. We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts remotely, focusing on these key markets.

We are working for US market, so our working hours in Ukraine 3 pm till midnight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a targeted marketing strategy to increase brand visibility in the New York and Miami metro areas, as well as in key national markets.
• Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
• Promote the launch and ongoing success of our 500 m2 showroom in the New York Design District.
• Oversee brand development, positioning, and messaging in these high-potential regions.
• Build and manage a high-performing marketing team remotely.
• Collaborate with the sales and design departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights in New York, Miami, and nationwide markets to guide campaigns.
• Organize virtual events, webinars, and trade show participation to promote our solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior marketing role, preferably in the architecture, design, or construction industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and manage remote teams.
• Familiarity with U.S. markets, particularly New York and Miami, is a plus.
• International marketing experience is also desirable.
