We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager to support our team in managing daily operational tasks and ensuring smooth organizational workflows. This role requires a versatile individual who can assist in a variety of administrative and operational activities, document meetings, and help streamline processes across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Assist the management team with day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring efficiency and smooth execution of ongoing projects.
- Meeting Documentation: Attend and document internal and external meetings, ensuring accurate meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up tasks are captured and distributed.
- Calendar & Scheduling Management: Support in scheduling meetings, conference calls, and appointments, ensuring efficient time management and availability.
- Communication Coordination: Help coordinate communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring timely and clear exchange of information.
- Administrative Assistance: Provide general administrative support, such as preparing reports, maintaining files, and handling correspondence.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving operational workflows and assist with implementing better organizational practices.
- Event & Meeting Organization: Assist in the planning and coordination of internal events, workshops, and meetings, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
