We expect from you:
- relevant work experience min 2 years;
- fluent English oral and written;
- analytical skills;
- attention to details/ accuracy
- ability to process big data;
- ability to work under pressure;
- excellent organizational skills;
- proficient in Opera PMS
You duties and responsibilities will be:
- handling of reservations by telephone, email and CRM system in a timely manner;
- providing accurate information regarding availability of accommodations and other requested information;
- assisting other departments such as Sales, Finance and Front Office with reservation related questions;
- passing on sales leads to the Sales Department;
