Your expertise:
3+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or merchandise sourcing, preferably within the IT or technology sectors
Proven experience in negotiating terms and managing vendor relationships
Experience organizing both online and offline engagement activities
Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute merchandise strategies
Skills:
Procurement and Negotiation: Skilled in negotiation and procurement processes, including managing tenders
Analytical Thinking: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and present findings visually
Presentation and Persuasion: Confident in presenting ideas to senior management
Communication: Excellent communication skills in both Ukrainian and English (C1 level), able to interact effectively with internal teams and external vendors
Project Management: Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders at once

You will be involved into:
Vendor Management: Research, identify, and communicate with merchandise vendors both in Ukraine and outside, creating and maintaining a robust supplier database
Negotiation & Procurement: Lead the negotiation process with vendors, handle procurement, and manage tender processes when needed to ensure cost-effective and high-quality merchandise
Control deliveries: Plan, coordinate, and track merchandise deliveries. Organize shipments with various delivery services and ensure compliance with requirements for different destinations, including Ukraine, Europe, and worldwide
Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute events for development teams. Track satisfaction rates to make sure employee engagement continues to grow
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the internal communications and operations teams to brainstorm and implement merchandise ideas for various company initiatives and events
Backlog Creation: Develop and maintain a merchandise backlog, planning for events and holidays to ensure timely execution of merchandise campaigns
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze market trends, vendor offerings, and procurement data to make informed decisions. Provide visual reports and insights on merchandise performance and vendor effectiveness
Creative Strategy Support: Collaborate on creative ideas for merchandise that resonates with employees and aligns with the company's branding and cultural values

We are seeking a Branding Operations Specialist to manage the end-to-end process of merchandise procurement for our company as well as organize various events. You will be responsible for sourcing and analyzing merchandise from vendors, negotiating terms, managing the procurement process, and collaborating with the internal communications and operations teams to bring creative merchandise ideas to life.
This role requires a well-rounded professional who is equally skilled in vendor negotiations, data analysis, creative collaboration, and organizing events. You will also manage vendor databases, create merchandise backlogs for various occasions, and "sell" merchandise concepts to management, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
