Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek out and develop client relationships.
- Efficiently source and book cargoes.
- Identify suitable carriers for cargo transportation.
- Control proposals for cargo transportation to ensure cost efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Resolve any non-standard situations that arise during transportation.
- Facilitate communication among all parties involved in cargo transportation.
Requirements:
- High proficiency in English.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on results.
- Ability to work under stress and effectively multitask.
- Proficient time management skills.
- Demonstrated desire for professional growth and development.
