We are a leading e-commerce company specializing in high-quality products for pets. Our primary focus is on the US market (Amazon), where we have established ourselves as a strong player.
Our team consists of over 30 professionals dedicated to achieving exceptional results and contributing to the growth of the pet products industry.
Currently, we are looking for an experienced PPC TEAM LEAD (AMAZON) to take on the responsibilities of managing a team of PPC specialists and implementing brand promotion strategies.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- work experience: from 3 years of experience in Amazon PPC sphere, minimum 1-2 years in a lead position with experience in managing a team of PPC specialists;
- Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.
- strong managerial and organizational skills: ability to lead a team, prioritize tasks, monitor execution processes, effectively manage own and team’s time.
- excellent communication skills: ability to explain, communicate, and ensure accountability within the team.
- strong analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of information.
- motivation and support in fostering interest and development among subordinates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- systematic oversight of all advertising and development of effective PPC strategies.
- launching and optimizing advertising campaigns on Amazon, efficient budget management, providing recommendations for improving results, and monitoring key performance indicators.
- improving current processes: identifying problems and proposing solutions.
- organizing and overseeing the PPC team’s work: setting goals, task allocation, establishing clear deadlines and accountability, conducting regular meetings.
- establishing a reporting system: communicating with the team and organizing team reports, goals, and specific plans within set deadlines, monitoring set goals, regular reports to company management (progress, goals, issues).
- standardization and scaling, preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- onboarding new team members: identifying strengths/weaknesses of team members and further training and development.
- monitoring new advertising features and opportunities on Amazon and implementing them to enhance advertising campaign effectiveness.
